Makes 1 serving
1/2 cup dry müesli
3/4 cup low-fat kefir
1/2 white peach, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 strawberry, sliced
Combine everything in a bowl. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soften before eating.

If you don’t know much about kefir, here’s the quick description: It’s like drinkable yogurt. It’s perfect to add to the müesli, since the oats are uncooked and tend to absorb a lot of moisture. If you use regular yogurt, simply thin it with milk until you reach the desired consistency.
